Physical Israel had the outward sign of circumcision.  Under the New Covenant, the sign of circumcision was inward -- of the heart.  But what about the cicumcision of the ear noted in scripture?  "Spiritual hearing" is a vital part of the relationship with God.  How do we have a circumcised ear and hear God in order to honor and obey him?  This split-sermon poses the question and offers some observations and ideas.
